YOUR TALK TO 15 MINUTES
This
should be a real encouragement! Remember the times you've been in an
audience where a speaker goes on and on for 20 or 30 minutes. Probably
the happiest two words that speaker said were, "in conclusion.…"

Don't get trapped into filling up time-just say what you have to say
and stop at that point.

People will be more than pleased with a short presentation, especially
if you leave time at the end for questions.
