MUDFLAPS

The Forest Resources Association has made special arrangements with Koneta Rubber Company, America's largest manufacturer/wholesaler of truck splash guards, to produce runs of two different designs of mudflaps with pro-forestry messages. Over 3,000 pairs are now in use.

These mudflaps, suitable for log trucks and chip vans, are Koneta's highest quality nyracord splash guards, measuring 24 inches by 36 inches by half and inch thick. Each pair weighs approximately 27 pounds, and they are antispray and antisail. They are black rubber with the message in white, as shown here.

Although the price per pair is only $30.00 per pair, f.o.b. shipping point, the minimum quantity for shipment is 25 pairs, although this total may include orders for both designs. Since most loggers will not need 25 pairs of mudflaps, we urge loggers and truckers to ask local equipment dealers, procurement offices, pulp mills, or sawmills to serve as co-ordinating points for bulk orders. Koneta will ship mudflaps "best way," with payment for shipping due on delivery; alternatively, customers may arrange to prepay shipping.
