PULP
& PAPERWORKERS RESOURCE COUNCIL (PPRC)
MISSION:
The mission of the Pulp & Paperworkers Resource Council is to establish
a grassroots coalition concerned with fiber supply, forest practices,
the endangered species act, and our environment in a way that promotes
knowledge and political activism, so that we may influence legislation
that affects our jobs.
ACTIVITIES:

Organizes an annual PPRC National Fly-In to Washington, DC.

Publishes regional newsletters.

Publishes position papers.

Lobbies state and national legislators and regulators.

Develops educational material for primary school children.

Organizes grassroots groups and activities.
